Quality-check photos can help you inspect an item that has reached a shopping agent’s warehouse. Sugargoo describes warehouse photos as a step before international shipment in its official QC guide. The exact service depends on the agent and order.
Identify the photo source first
A seller’s catalog image, a previous buyer’s photo and a photo of your own warehouse item answer different questions. Before comparing visible details, establish which one you are viewing.
Catalog images used for product discovery should be distinguished from warehouse inspection photos. This website does not present them as evidence of an order we placed.
If you are still choosing products, start with the Litbuy spreadsheet. Add a photo-source note to each saved item so you can distinguish the discovery image from any later inspection of your own order. For account-specific warehouse photos, use the current Litbuy order interface; this website cannot access those private photos.
Confirm that the item matches the order
Check the model or design, selected color, size label and number of pieces. For a set or bundle, confirm that all expected pieces are shown. Compare against the exact ordered option, not a similar thumbnail from another listing.
If the photo lacks an identifiable relationship to the order, resolve that before using it to judge the purchase.
Work through visible details
- Shoes: look at both shoes, their size labels, soles, heels and any visible damage.
- Clothing: look for visible marks, uneven seams, missing pieces and the selected design.
- Bags: check closures, handles, straps, corners and the interior where shown.
- Accessories: confirm the selected size, finish and included components.
Lighting and camera settings can affect color. A single angle may conceal a surface or construction detail. Request a closer image or measurement when an important question remains unanswered, checking whether the agent charges for that service.
Interpret measurements carefully
Check what the ruler is measuring and where it begins. For clothing, a flat chest measurement is not the same as a full circumference. Compare measurements taken using the same method as your reference item.
If the size chart and warehouse measurement differ materially, ask for clarification before requesting shipment.
Understand the limits
Photos document visible details at a point in time. They do not establish authenticity, long-term durability, hidden materials or functional performance. A previous buyer’s photo also does not guarantee that a different seller or batch will match it.
Save your questions and the agent’s answers with your order record. Review the current return process before making a decision about a mismatch.
